The SVP-5 uses a high volume commercially rated dual-piston pump that pulls up to 28 in. of Hg for peak packaging performance. This quality pump is strong enough to remove all the air needed from storage canisters. These canisters are ideal for quick marinating or storing crushable items such as crackers, chips, and much more. The SVP-5 has an actual vacuum gauge, not just indicator lights. The SVP-5 has been engineered with a cooling system that prevents overheating during continuous use. The thirteen inch pressure sealing element gaurantees a tight and positive seal every time.

The SVP-5 Water Trap is the perfect accessory for fishermen or anyone else that is packing products that are wet or have large amounts of liquid in the package. The Water Trap pulls water away from the motor and pump into a seperate container that can be emptied as needed. By doing this the Water Trap insures your SVP-5 machine will have a longer lifespan and less problems dealing with liquids. It is often used with Dry Lock Pads, Item# 70-955006.
