Alfalfa (Medicago Sativa) is a nutritive herb rich in minerals and vitamins especially Iron and Vitamin K considered an estrogen precursor, also may be used for allergies, anemia, arthritis, asthma, blood disorders, fatigue, digestion, high cholesterol and diabetes etc.
Instructions:
